Why you hold yourself back
right after a breakthrough
Hey man,
something happened today and I need to share it with you.
You know when you’ve just had a breakthrough and feel like you need to relax?
Well, that’s why you’re staying stuck.
See, you remember the guy from yesterday whom I had a session with?
For his privacy, let’s call him Egg (I love eggs, about to eat a few in a moment).
After our session yesterday, Egg approached a girl and got her Instagram right,
then in the evening, they met up and let’s just say he didn’t sleep many hours tonight.
The next moring, after taking her to the metro, he tells me he’s tired and considers to wait with any new cold approaches.
For me, seeing this from the outside-in, it’s clear that if he goes out now he’ll experience another breakthrough.
He’s warm, on a streak and now…he wants to cool down.
Why?
Because what happens is that after a breakthrough, your nervous system wants you to go back to normal = comfort zone.
It’s like your inner child telling you he’s tired, but if it’s still possible to go to the playground.
Of course, and this time he’ll have more fun.
Just like you will.
Stay empowered,
Edin
