We’re making out in a public bathroom
and suddenly I cockblock myself...
Happy Monday!

I’m writing you this from the airplane so you could say I’m connecting with my higher self (hehe).
This morning I recalled a memory that used to bother me to death (mental death at least)
An experience where I met a girl in a bar. She was very very pretty. Type of girl you see and think wow, she looks good and would like your friends to know about. I had already been into approaching life for a while so we ended up going to the bathroom together and started making out.
Then, for some reason, I pulled away and stopped it, opened the door and went out. Talk about being a cockblocker (myself that is).
This bothered me for weeks, if not months, and let’s be completely honest, when I dived into this memory this morning, years later, it still had an effect.
You know how does thing stings, causing you to spin negative thoughts and end up feeling drained aftwards.
So yes, you know how much it sucks, but it doesn’t happen to you - but FOR you.
Here’s what I mean
A part of you is wounded, and this trigger is showing you that you need to integrate it.
By integrating it, you’ll no longer disown this part which you’ve pushed away so much that you needed to self-sabotage and experience a big trigger like this for it to be recognized.
Do not ignore this moment by further escaping it with drugs, porn or scrolling on Instagram.
Instead, begin the integration.
It’s painful, but once you do you’ll start to feel safe within yourself and will stop the self-sabotaging.
And that’s when you can feel good with and without the girl and become the true magnetic and attractive man I know you are.
The way you do it is with a technique I call Love & Light.
Here’s the gist of it:
Go back to the memory where you got triggered / do it when you’re triggered
Feel the self-attack and unpleasant feelings
Realize that they are there because they want to be integrated
Give the feelings and the thoughts self-compassion through loving embrace (like hugging a little child or kitten) and light as a visual representation.
Continue until you’re no longer triggered
It can take a while so give yourself atleast 15-20 minutes.
If you never tried it, it can be a bit weird to get into so I recorded you a guided meditation called Loved & Light to help you on this journey.
Just message me LOVE and I’ll send it to you.
Best wishes,
Edin
PS: If you’d like help to feel safe within yourself as well as go on a date with a beautiful girl a week then there is still 4 days left before we close the doors.
