Happy Sunday!

I’m about to go for my Sunday hike / run, but first, I’m letting you in on this little “secret”

and I use the “ “ because once I tell you what it is, you’ll say “That’s nothing new”

and it’s not, but for most guys, it is.

I was about to write you this E-mail, but I felt some bad energy

like I was a bit frustrated, because I have my run, and some other things I want to get done today - so I felt the time pressure

and a part of me wanted to write it quickly and be done.

And I got into this serious place of “Ok let’s write it and then send it”

but words carry energy, and if I did that - you’d likely feel this and not appreciate my E-mail and reject my message.

So instead I put on some music, and not just any music

Backstreet Boys - I want it that way

corny yes, and this was exactly what my inner child wanted (I’m a 90s child)

so now, after dancing my ass off - I’m here with a beautiful and playful energy

which is likely why you’re still reading this and maybe even smiling about my choice of music.

Remember this when you go out today

If you’re all serious and on a mission of getting “your approaches in”

she will feel this and likely reject you

because, why would she want to talk with someone she doesn’t know who is being so serious?

That’s why the guy who is just having fun, not expecting much and dancing his ass off to Backstreet boys that get’s her attention, phone number and a date.

So yes, go out today and speak with that girl

but first play your favorite tune

and enjoy yourself

while it lasts:)
