The 4 step formula
that my student used to overcome fear and have s€x on dates
Hey man,
I just got off a call with a previous student of mine.
He had such an amazing transformation when we worked together, so I asked him to sit down and talk about what it was that worked.
I recorded the call and will share it later, but I’ve picked up the most important insights for you here.
Thing is, before we worked together his belief was
“I’m not good with girls”
which sabotaged every attempt at approaching, flirting and being sexual.
And after he went through these steps, he was going on 3-4 dates and having sex on most of them.
I’m on a tight time schedule today, so we’ll just go straight to the steps:
The main focus is overcoming the fear, not getting the girl.
(this is an input-based approach, not outcome-based.)Baby-stepping it towards asking her out.
(First he started giving a compliment about her hat or clothes until he felt comfortable with that, then about her looks, and finally when he was ready he asked a girl out)Being present during the whole process and consciously connecting to the breath (the last part is from a book called The Presence Process).
My help: Everyday pushing him to do something uncomfortable his mind would never think of.
