My student started to enjoy the moment

Happy Friday,

maybe you’re not happy right now, but that’s what we’re going to solve together.

Dan was a student of mine.

Before we worked together he would see a girl, hesitate and hold back.

Then he would self-attack with something along the lines of

“I’m stupid, I should have done something”

he tried multiple things, even hired a coach, but the problem was that the solution was just to push through, and with the self-attacking thoughts it didn’t work, actually it made it worse and he almost gave up

what we did was The Inside-Out approach.

• Instead of fighting his inner critic, he rewired it into his ally

• Instead of tactics or “fixing himself” he shifted the way he responded in the moment

Once he stopped attacking himself, and started to lead with self-love, he didn’t feel the same pressure to perform. Approaching and meeting women became fun.

The reason you don’t feel happy is not because you’re not good enough or even because you didn’t take action.

It’s because of that voice.

You know which one.

The one which is commenting on what you’re reading right now.

Yes, that’s the one.

You’re reliving all these missed opportunities because you think that it’s the way to keep yourself safe.

When you were a child, you learned that doing this would keep you away from making mistakes.

Mistakes that would make your mother and father yell at you.

So the magical part of you which loves to express himself started to hide while the voice that told you about your failures grew.

At least you’re safe from the environment…but you’re not a child anymore.

You’re an adult, and while many guys are distracting themself with porn, weed and scrolling IG - you have a better way.

• Leading your inner-child out of hiding

you’ll experience that approaching women feels natural, not forced.

Because after all, a man meeting a woman is the most natural thing in the world, is it not?
