I lead a meditation today

Hey man,

I’ve decided to host some type of event or gathering at least once a week and this morning I lead a meditation during the sunrise.

A female friend of mine joined, and she loved it.

She said it was exactly what she needed.

It’s funny because during the meditation, my mind told me “Oh, she didn’t like it at all”

And I responded with self-compassion, because it’s just a part of me that is hurt and needed some acknowledgement.

Super happy about that by the way, even if it’s such a small win it’s great to be able to catch it in the moment with awareness.

That’s it for now, just wanted to share it with you.

Now I’m off on a hike up to a castle with another female friend and her dog (I love dogs!).
