I just invested €10k into myself

scary? Yes, but here is how it affects my dating life

Hey man,

I was scared this weekend.

Scared to make a €10,000 investment in myself.
Scared because I didn’t have the money ready.
Scared because my mind was already listing all the reasons I’d fail.

But I did it anyway.

And something shifted.
Not just in my mindset — in my energy.
I met an amazing girl on my way back home.
The conversation was easy.
The tension I normally carry? Gone.
Because I wasn’t chasing. I wasn’t performing.
I was grounded.
I was being kind.

And now we’ve planned to see each other tomorrow.

Who could have thought being grounded and kind would be so powerful?

Well, we’re not talking about niceness of course, which means to give to get.

No, this is simply give to give, which is one of the things I learned this weekend.

The universe works in this way:
What you give, you receive.

You are of course, very interested in what you receive, but if you focus on what you give, then what you receive will automatically be cared for.

Approaching the girl and setting up something for tomorrow felt effortless because I didn’t stress about what she would say or think of me.

How?

Part of it was momentum — but the real shift came from one technique I learned this weekend…

It works like this

When you feel the fear and hear the thought say for example

 “It’s dangerous”

tell it “Thank you for sharing” and take action in spite of the fear

That’s courage, and over time this muscle becomes stronger

Remember that what you do over time, becomes you

So if taking action in spite of fear is something you do, then you become courageous

That’s what I did this weekend and also why I know that it’s going to work out, because I’ve committed and there is no way back

This is the same shift I help my clients make.
From overthinking… to leading themselves.
From fear… to presence.
It starts with one decision.

My 1:1 is still closed, but there is a waiting list open now.

If you’re ready to stop freezing and start acting — reply “courage.”
We’ll have a short chat to see if you’re ready for this.

No pressure — but no more hiding either.

See you on the other side,

Edin
