I approached a daughter with her mother

Man, here’s what happened

I see this beautiful girl. She’s walking with what seems to be her mother.

I’m with my friend and we’re doing interviews for content creation. She is really cute, but I think to myself «It doesn’t make sense to approach her»

I tell my friend I saw a cute girl and would like to approach her. 

This is the make or break it moment. 

He’s also into cold approach, and he smiles and says something along the lines of «Go bro»

I go up, and she’s way younger than me, and with her mother.

Fast forward 20 minutes - we shoot an interview with both her and her mother.

See, being in company with a friend who’s also into cold approach, self-growth and spirituality helped me breakthrough the mental barrier. 

Had I been with someone who never challenged himself in this way, he would likely say something like «Wtf dude, leave her alone». Not because she didn’t want to be approached (obviously the 20 minute interview proved she did), but because of his own limiting beliefs. 

Some guys are single and lonely for years, wondering why they’re not approaching and dating women they really like, but still hanging around friends who would rather get drunk than cold approach or do shadow work.

The people we’re around create a container for what is possible in our environment. 

That’s why inside The Worthy Man we’re a community of men who are working on becoming the best version of ourselves. 

Every week we’re meeting twice, setting new goals and reflecting upon them together. It’s no wonder why we are all growing and experiencing interactions with both women and in our social life that some guys just dream of. 

So the environment matters. 

But so does your «biology» or shall we say your mindset and the work you do. 

That’s why there are exercises inside the community which help you create a sense of safety within yourself so that you dare to express your truth. 

Remember when I told my friend about the girl I found cute? That’s because I dared to say out loud I liked her, and then my community gave me the last push. 

It’s the combination of the inner and the outer work that resulted in meeting this girl and doing the interview.
