Hey man,
I just landed in Stavanger to visit my family here in Norway.
No dates this week—but when I head back to Barcelona, I already know I’ll be back on 2–3 dates per week…without opening a single dating app.
Here’s how.
Most guys are stuck swiping because it feels easier. But what actually happens?
You match with a cute girl, meet her in real life…and realize she’s not your type.
That’s the dating app trap:
It’s easy to get started—but hard to get what you really want.
So is dating supposed to be this hard?
No. You just need a system.
And I’ll give it to you right now:
The Weekly Raw Dating Tracker:
Write down how many:
A = Approaches
N = Numbers
D = Dates
L = Lays
Here’s what mine looked like last week (full transparency):
A: 23
N: 4
D: 2
L: 1
So if I wanted to go on more dates, I wouldn’t just “hope” for better luck.
I’d improve how I approach. Less lazy. More intentional. Lead with desire.
Simple, right?
Whatever you measure, you can improve.
Try it this week.
At the end of each day, jot down your numbers.
At the end of the week, look at the data.
Ask yourself: What would I need to improve to get more of what I want?
You’re now out of wishful thinking—and into momentum.
