How 3000 rejections

Hey man,

I’ve been rejected by girls over 3,000 times.

And somehow, I’m more attractive today than when I started.

Sounds impossible, right?
Why would rejection make a guy more attractive instead of crushing his confidence?

Back when I first started approaching girls, every “no” felt like proof that something was wrong with me.
Not just wrong with my approach… but wrong with me.

That’s the most painful part — the shame.
The voice that says:

That voice made me avoid raising my hand in class, messaging friends when I felt lonely, and yes… asking out girls I liked.

But here’s the realization that changed everything for me:

Everytime I felt the fear of rejection and decided to take action, I either experienced

• Expansion (connection, attraction, a “yes”),
  or

• Feedback (a lesson that made me sharper for the next time).

So either way there’s a win!

Once I learned to stay grounded even when she said no, my confidence stopped depending on her reaction.

I’m no longer constantly thinking about getting a text back or about the failed approached earlier.

And funny enough, I’m doing less, but women are responding in a much more positive way.

That’s why my students and I now focus on what I call the Inside-Out Approach — building a rock-solid relationship with yourself first, so rejection can’t shake you.

When you do that, meeting girls becomes fun again. Easy.
You stop forcing yourself to approach, you stop chasing approval, and you start attracting the right women naturally.
