Today I was flying to Oslo.

I love the routines of the flight attendees when they‘re telling us how to use the seatbelt.

I mean, I’ve flown enough to know how it works, but a few years I started this habit of using it as a time to meditation

The flight attendee is so focused that you can stare at her without feeling judged.

So it’s relaxing.

One thing they always say is to put your mask on before helping others.

Why?

Putting others before yourself is too unstable and it’s exhausting

If you care about someone, ask questions like how they are doing

then you can choose to take care of them.
