Don't approach a girl today

Hey bro,

today is a special day.

It’s 21/12 and that marks the darkest day of the year (for people in the Northern hemisphere).

In Astrology, today is marked as exactly crossing your IC (Imum Coeli) which is known as your roots or family history. From Greek mythology they considered this point the home of the underworld, or Hades.

In other words, it’s THE day to do inner work.

As you’ve been following along for a while, you know that I’m often mentioning that the external work must be balanced with the inner work, and vice versa.

You cannot be running around approaching girls without going inwards, as you cannot sit at home with your legs crossed and think that you’ll attract your dream girl.

Life is balance.

And today it’s the day to go inwards.

Do you know the biggest reason why 97% of guys are not feeling comfortable when talking to an attractive girl?

It’s because they are not feeling comfortable within themselves by avoiding their own emotions.

All these emotions (energies in motion) are now stuck, just waiting to be triggered.

Approaching a girl will then trigger all the insecurities within you that you have not dared to look at.

Like when you distract yourself with your phone, watching reels until you finally fall asleep.

I don’t blame you btw, I used to smoke weed and have sex to avoid these feelings.
You might think “It’s cool to distract yourself with sex”, but I’m here to say that it’s not. It took me a long time before I dared to be deeply intimate with a girl.

These emotions, like anger, sadness, fear, guilt, shame and pride that you feel is not your enemy. They are here because they want to be integrated.
(Some people say heal, and I use the word integrate because in this way I reinforce to myself that there’s nothing broken, nothing to be fixed, just put back into place)

From my experience, this is what all therapy, spiritual work and energy healing is about. To help you become who you are, authentically.

Here is how you do it

• You integrate it by meeting these emotions with love and self-compassion. It’s not a difficult process, but it’s challenging.

It can be painful and you might want to give up before even trying.
(I almost did it this morning before I went into an inner journey)

Once you do integrate these parts:

1. You’ll naturally attract more women because you’ll be naturally more attractive.
2. You’ll be more authentic and it’s a very high vibration to be at. People flock towards high vibrations.
