Are you tired of feeling like you're hiding your true self around girls?

Here's how to approach her with confidence

Hey bro,

today I meditated for about an hour and I notice that once I go deep, there is this tendency to avoid certain feelings.

I’ve deemed these emotions as bad.

Shamed them,

and as soon as I feel them, my mind goes crazy.

You know what I mean yeah?

You’re also on this spiritual journey of self-discovery.

These parts of you which are trying to express themself are powerful. However due to your past, likely being shamed for being angry, sad or even too happy - you’ve learned to stuff these emotions down.

This causes you to hold back in interactions, and even with yourself to an extend where if you are left for a moment without any stimuli - you find yourself escaping by watching YouTube videos and scrolling on Instagram.

This is Escapism Syndrome.

The way out of it is to start facing these parts without trying to push them away. This is important because from my experience, many guys learn to “Let go” of emotions by trying to breath them away.

It doesn’t work, you’ve been trying to breath and force them away your whole life (before unconsciously and now consciously).

What you need to do instead is to give these “ugly and bad” parts of yourself what they need.

Space, softness and loving attention.

Because when you were young, these were exactly the qualities you needed, but didn’t get, and that’s why you repressed yourself in the first place.

By doing this, you’ll notice something magical when it comes to your interactions with girls.

Everything you thought was bad, is now flowing freely…and amongst them, you’ll find your desire for girls.

When you’re now freely expressing yourself with her, no holding back - just pure authenticity

imagine with me

you’re saying exactly what is on your mind

how does it feel?

Good right - and when you’re feeling good and authentic

how do you think she feels?

Great!

And then, how easy do you think it is to take the interaction towards what you really want?

That’s the power of Authentic Confidence.

I’ll see you tomorrow,

Edin
