A day in a life
of a dating coach
I wake up in a bed with 10 hot girls.
Then I
just kidding
let me explain how it actually is.
I get up at 0630, force myself through my morning routine to feel proud of myself
just kidding x2
I used to do that, but now I try to balance some challenging rituals like yoga with something enjoyable like reading a fiction book (No personal development).
Then, depending on the day I’ll either catch the sunrise at the beach or go straight into work.
I like to get most of the important work done before 11.30 (in business we call these the biggest needle-movers)
so that by lunch I either go do my pullups and pushups on the monkey bars or head to the gym for boxing.
Usually I would approach girls on the way (not atm as I’m on a 21 day detox from approaching women).
Coming home, sweating and hungry, I’ll often make a smoothie with protein powder, avocado, oats and some kiwi. Healthy, quick and gives a boost!
Always after my first meal, I do my daily ritual of sitting with my inner child.
For about 5-10 minutes, I connect with the part of myself that I abandoned when I was young which got me on this journey of seeking approval from the outside world through women or work success.
Then, feeling connected and grounded, I’ll shower before the real fun starts.
When I was a teenager, I’d watch a lot of YouTube videos, so the fact that I’m creating videos now that people are watching is like a mini-dream come true.
Here’s the latest that explains how the last Bootcamp went btw.
I’ll write the script, go outside and record it. Then I edit it myself feeling like Christopher Nolan.
My evenings vary between meeting a friend, going on a date, going out to approach girls while practicing Spanish or just making a big bowl of food and sitting down watching a good movie (currently I’m watching the Batman Trilogy). psst it’s the best Trilogy
I do have some more meditation rituals that I do daily, but if I included them all you’d think I’m crazy (I am btw)
I try to be in bed by 2230 where I’ll do a last meditation to ground myself (helps fall asleep because the mind gets quiet and I get into my body)
so as my head hits the pillow I’ll be asleep in minutes.
That’s pretty much it - did it surprise you?
See you later alligator,
Edin
