4 dating books I recommend

for a shy guy wanting to date

Hey man,

There is a lot information out there on dating for us guys.

Sometimes it can feel so overwhelming, that you may end up watching videos on YouTube, but never putting it into practice.

I recommend a combination of theory + action and these books got that.

Over the last 13 years I’ve read a lot of books on dating, and among them I find these 4 books to be the best in terms of theory + actions provided.

  1. How to be a 3% Man - Corey Wayne
It gives you all you need from meeting a girl to taking her home to her becoming your girlfriend. It’s bit old, for example he says to call the girl instead of text her (because they didn’t really use texting before), but that doesn’t matter.
I’ve read it 15 times, because the foundations are that good.

  2. Healing the Shame that Binds you - John Bradshaw
AMAZING book about inner work. I read it after I already had success with women, but since then it’s been so much easier to handle the regrets and the opportunities missed. Highly, highly recommended if you experience self-attack.

  3. The Presence Process - Michael Brown
Also an incredibly powerful book about inner work that helps to integrate the traumas from the past that have kept you from approaching or asking girls out in the way you want. One of my first students read this during our coaching and he used the technique learned in this book to approach and go out with multiple girls within the first weeks of working together with me.

  4.  Not Nice - Dr. Aziz Gazipura
This is a MUST read if you are a nice guy, or a people pleaser. There are practices in here that could change your life. I recommended it to a previous student of mine and he swore by it.

Start with one at a time as each of these has practices which you would like to implement before going to the next one.

Remember, there is no rush.

But change only starts if you start now.

Stay grounded,

Edin
